If you were digging in the dirt to create a garden, and you fell into a hole,
you wouldn't keep digging. You would spend all of your energy trying to find
a way out. If you are in a rut, you shouldn't keep looking for reasons to be
sad or angry or resentful. You may be in a rut now, and you may be lingering
over thoughts of something that went wrong, a mistake you made, a conflict
you experienced, or any number of negative thoughts that are running through
your mind. Instead, you need to think of all the reasons you have to be
happy. Soon your abundance of happy thoughts will lead to another kind of
abundance.

奔騰不休的負面情緒。取而代之的是，你需要多想想那些使你快樂的理由，很快地，豐沛
的快樂情緒將會為你帶來另外一種滿足。
