The Pistons' first loss of the season, a 37-point shellacking by the Dallas
Mavericks last November, happened so long ago that you'd think it was erased
from their memory bank later that month.
    活塞本季第一敗，去年11月以37分的極大差距兵敗達拉斯輸給小牛那場比賽，已經是很

effects, Rasheed Wallace couldn't decide.

"Yes and no," he said. "I say that because it was an embarrassing loss, but on

is the fourth-best rebounding team.

"Avery's done a good job and made a conscious effort of knowing that you can
win games in the regular season because of your offense," Saunders said, "but
your defense is going to keep you in games or help you win."

It's one reason Saunders said the Mavs could have a successful run in the
playoffs.

If the Pistons don't beat the Mavs tonight and they somehow end up tied for the
top record, the Mavs would own the first tiebreaker to determine home-court
advantage throughout the playoffs.
    如果活塞今晚無法擊敗小牛，而在例行賽結束時戰績和小牛並列聯盟最佳，那小牛在
比較對戰成績後將握有季後賽全部的主場優勢。

RETURN TRIP? Orlando forward Grant Hill told the Chicago Tribune that he had
pondered a possible return to the Pistons. Hill won't play the rest of the
season after complications from a sports hernia. The Tribune reported that the
Magic could buyout the final year on his contract. Hill, of course, likely
would have to settle for a reserve roll if he returned to Detroit. "Getting
Grant Hill coming off the bench for Tayshaun (Prince)," Hunter said, "would be
something."
    歸途？ 奧蘭多魔術的前鋒G.Hill告訴芝加哥論壇報，他已經在考慮回鍋活塞的可能性
。Hill在運動疝氣引發併發症後，本季剩下的比賽通通不會上場。據論壇報報導指出，魔
術可能會買斷Hill最後一年的合約。當然啦，Hill如果回到活塞陣中將以替補球員的身分
