: DETROIT, June 9 (AP) -- Michael Curry will be the next coach of the Detroit
: Pistons after having played for the team and worked as an assistant.
: Detroit Pistons president of basketball operations Joe Dumars tells The
: Associated Press that Curry will be introduced at a news conference on Tuesday.
: Curry agreed to a three-year deal worth $2.5 million a year, with the team
: holding the option for a fourth season. He replaces Flip Saunders, who was
: fired last week. Curry served as an assistant on Saunders' staff.

 有人說 Curry 的場上身手是真的很不怎麼樣，不過他的籃球智慧絕對是在
 一個很高的等級。

 他在球員時期展現的就是 defense, Hustle and leadership. 在活塞和暴
 龍時期他都是擔任球隊隊長，而且當過球員工會的會長，在活塞聘請他來之
 前，他是在 NBDL 擔任 Vice President of Player development.

 另外在上禮拜 JoeD 接受殿堂訪問的時候被問到，他說過不是每個人都有一
 樣的共識是什麼意思呢，你對於 Amir Johnson 在季後賽不能得到更多的上
 場時間是否很不愉快呢？

 他回是的，他相信 Amir Johnson 在 front court 的表現會像 Rondey Stuckey
 在 back court 一樣突出，所以他覺得應該讓 Amir Johnson 多上場一點的。

 Nothing has been settled yet with Curry's staff. Reports that Lindsey Hunter
 will be one of the assistant coaches are either inaccurate or premature.
 Hunter hasn't yet decided what he wants to do next season.

 Former assistant Terry Porter was officially named the head coach of the
 Phoenix Suns on Monday. Dave Cowens is not expected to return. Igor Kokoskov,
 who has been on the Pistons' bench since 2003, is exploring head coaching
 options in Europe as well as with the Serbian national team

 看起來舊的教練團都要跑光光了，找一組新的教練團也是會讓 JoeD 很頭大的。

→ Loj:呵呵，人事和領導方面是他的強項，那戰術面應該也有一定的能力
→ Loj:啦，畢竟大部份的國外鄉民和記者都看好這個決定。
