President Barack Obama knows what he's talking about. The White House really
is the place to mend fences, even if it isn't over a beer.

歐巴馬很清楚這次他自己說了什麼，白宮真的是個大和解的好地方啊，就算這回沒有啤酒

Like Monday, when he greeted former coach Bill Laimbeer (R-Detroit Shock) and
successor Rick Mahorn while congratulating the team on its WNBA championship.

週一，他接見了去年WNBA的冠軍隊成員

其中包含了前震動隊總教練 Laimbeer 、以及繼任的 Mahorn


"Now, I have to say, everybody knows I'm a Chicago Bulls fan," Obama said.
"And a few years ago, when the Bulls and the Pistons were thick in the middle
of their rivalry, I never imagined that I'd be saying: 'Congratulations, Bill
Laimbeer.' Or, 'Congratulations, Rick Mahorn.'

「 大家都知道我是個公牛迷 」歐巴馬說

 幾年前，當公牛與活塞彼此競爭激烈的那些日子，我可從來沒想過我會說出

「 恭喜啊 ~~ Laimbeer 」 或是 「 恭喜啊 ~~ Mahorn 」 這類的話


"If I knew I was president then, to think that I'd be inviting them to the
White House is hard to take. But let's face it, these guys are winners. They
always have been. They know how to win."

如果我當時知道我未來會當上總統，並且得邀請他們進入白宮，這確實教人難受啊...

但總是得面對的不是嗎 --- 這些傢伙贏得了總冠軍

他們總是這麼威、他們知道怎麼樣贏球



Well said and gracious. But no word on whether Obama pardoned the Tigers for
taking three out of four from his White Sox.

這回 歐巴馬 說得好啊、很得體啊~~

但是被問到對於 芝加哥白襪 差點被 底特律老虎 在最近的系列賽橫掃(1-4) 有何看法時
