Tayshaun Prince back in practice, likely to play today

He was definitely a sight for sore eyes in Saturday's Pistons practice.
Small forward Tayshaun Prince, who has missed the last 26 games with a small
ruptured disk in his lower back, was a full participant for the first time
since he left the lineup.
And if there aren't any setbacks, he will likely be in the starting lineup
today when the Pistons travel to Toronto and try to halt a six-game losing
streak that has seen them plummet in the Eastern Conference standings.

"It's sore as usual, bumps and bruises trying to get back in the first
practice," said Prince, whose return seemed to energize a team which has
lacked passion its past few games. "But it felt good."
"Sometimes you think it's a lot of pain, but it's more soreness after I
started working out."
When the Pistons announced on Nov. 3 that Prince's consecutive games streak
would end at 496 because of the back injury, it wasn't known how long he
would be out of the lineup.

Prince described feelings of numbness in his legs while he was out and
received treatment from strength and conditioning coach Arnie Kander
throughout the time he missed. He was a regular on the bench during games,
and it was common to see him doing jumping drills after shoot-arounds and
practice.
Both Prince and Rip Hamilton -- who will likely return to the lineup today
after missing five games with a pulled right hamstring -- started
conditioning a few days ago, anticipating going through a full practice
Saturday.
Rip 與 Tay 應該都會在今天歸隊
Prince, who was known to play heavy minutes, will see his playing time
curtailed as a precaution against suffering another injury. Hamilton's quick
return without a practice was probably a factor in his hamstring pull.
因為有了Rip可能是為了急著回來，使得傷勢持續的先例
常常加班的小王子，近日歸隊後的上場時間可能會不復已往
"When you're not healthy, you start depending on other areas to compensate
for your regular injury and that's how other injuries start to happen,"
Prince said. "We'll monitor the situation and see what happens."
"He looks surprisingly good," coach John Kuester said of Prince.
