Van Gundy told reporters Tuesday -- while previewing the team's plans for

Thursday's NBA draft -- he wants good value for the restricted free agent if

the franchise chooses to give him up in a sign-and-trade deal.

范甘迪在當地時間6月24日對記者說道，如果球隊用先簽後換的方式將門羅送走的話，

他希望能夠換回優質籌碼。

He insists even if the 24-year-old power forward gets offered a maximum

contract by another team, the Pistons may determine they can live with paying

him, Andre Drummond and Josh Smith a lot of money to essentially play two

positions.

范甘迪堅稱，即使有其他球隊為這位24歲大前鋒開出頂薪合同，活塞也有可能確定會匹配

合同，儘管門羅、安德烈-德拉蒙德和約什-史密斯三人其實只打兩個位置。

Van Gundy also says having Monroe sign a one-year qualifying offer that would

make him an unrestricted free agent would be OK for the team, too.

SVG 同時表示，讓門羅簽下一份為期一年的合同，以便他能夠成為非限制性自由球員，

對於這個方案球隊也是可以接受的。
