※ 引述《rainfruit ()》之銘言: : 肩卡症候群: 患者手臂上舉(外展或屈曲)有一定的弧度會產生疼痛, : 特別是外展後外旋之後之投球動作會變得疼痛而困難, : 同時肩關節活動時會有聲音產生 : 我想很多當投手的都有這種經驗吧 : 我現在就是這樣 大概4,5個月了 : 看西醫復健科 熱敷 電療 一開始好像有效 : 但可能操之過急 沒讓他100%好 就又復出... : 現在復健治療似乎沒啥效果了 : 只要把右手舉高 再往左下壓 肩峰就會不舒服... : 現在考慮去看中醫試試了 不知道針灸有沒有效 : 有人這樣然後痊癒的嗎 : 好想全力催球喔... this is little similar to my case based on your description. the doctors have checked my porblems. one said my "rotator muscele in the shoulder" (sorry not knowing the exact terminology in english) was damaged based on the MRI results. the other doctor totally overruled this conclusion. he said a tiny fracture on my shoulder bone was occurred bases on X-ray results. i found the more push-up i do, the less suffering i can feel when i pitch. but i really need more rest than before next time i want to pitch. same thing to you, train your shoulder getting stronger by doing push-up or whatever that helps. and more rest. the second doctor told me our body can heal the problem of bone fractures, but it just takes time and i think for most of us, that's too long to wait. but sometimes, injuries are not necessary that bad. sometimes, that indicates that your throwing mechanics is not good enough instead of overusing. so i assume, in your case, you probably use more efforts from your shoulder than from your arm, lower body and etc. and that totally makes sense. in the level we play, most of pitchers throw balls by mainly using his shoulder strength, because it's the easiest way to pitch. we know we have to use arm strength to pitch. but without a good physical condition (arm "softness", good body coordination) as a player at higher levels (pro, ameture) has, our body just can't allow us to do so. so another suggestion to you, do arm stretch exercise as much as you can to train your as soft and flexible as it can. ask an experienced guy to have you instructions on your throwing mechanics, making you be able to use more arm strength when pitching. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 128.59.150.90
