[心得] 關於美版PGL的配布問題

先前以為我已經拿不到阿爾宙斯了，不過我很不死心的寫了英文信去客服那邊詢問

了一番。結論是，根本跟你所填的國籍是無關的。因為我也是填台灣的。主要是操

作方面的問題。這隻神奇寶貝不跟大家混在一起，他躲在 Entree Forest最裡面。

我一開始以為在PGL 抓到的神奇寶貝只會出現在第一格。真的沒想過他會躲在這麼

上面。他必須往上到第三個空地才會出現。


這次的經驗告訴我們，若有問題還是直接找客服人員詢問最準。自己亂猜或聽信網

路傳聞實無必要。雖然與客服人員溝通花了一些時間，也必須想辦法將自己的困難

化為英文。不過令人慶幸的是，並無想像中困難。畢竟我們英文已經念了一、二十

年了。我是2/3寫信去問的，期間有一些往返，今天（2/15）得到最後回覆。 不到

兩個星期就得到最後的結果，算是很快速。真是感謝神奇寶貝的客服團隊。


下面就簡單將我跟客服往來的英文信放在下面，當作未來各位版友的前車之鑑。我

的英文也沒多好，就是盡量可以溝通清楚就好。

Summary:        why can't I download the Arceus?
Dear Sir:

I have already used the PGL for a long time.

I want to paticipate the promotion to download the Arceus.

I have already key the password in the website and
receive the pokemon in the dream world.

BUT when I want to receive the Arceus in the game, I can't find the Arceus.

Please tell me what's going on in this game?

I really want the Arceus!

my game sync ID is NXXXXXXXXB.

Please Help Me. Thank You.

Hello, Toshi!

Thank you for contacting Pokémon Support. We understand you are experiencing
an issue where you believe your Pokémon is not being transferred to your DS
game.

Please check the Entree Forest in your game to see if the Pokémon you are
looking for is there. Be sure to look thoroughly, sometimes they can be hard
to find! If you cannot find a Pokémon that you sent from the Pokémon Dream
World to the Entree Forest, please confirm the following:

1) Please check if the Pokémon is shown in the "Pokémon to take" section of
the Friend Board in your home in the Pokémon Dream World. Make sure that Pok
émon’s image is marked with a blue pin, then use Game Sync to wake up your
sleeping Pokémon.
2) Please check your PC Boxes to see if you have already caught the Pokémon.

If you are still unable to find the Pokémon and you it has not, in fact been
transferred to your game please update this ticket indicating so for further
assistance.

他們回完，我就照著試了所有的方法，但是我認為還是無效，又上去回應一番。

Dear Sir:
I have already check the Pokémon Dream World. It said it already sent to the
game. I also check the Entree Forest and PC BOXes. I can't see the Arceus. I
check the pokedex too, it show undiscovered. The Arceus disappeared! I have
no idea what's going on. I really want the Arceus! Please Help Me. Thank You.



我回完不到一個小時，客服就回說這個問題他們無法解決，但是幫我轉給其他單位。

Arceus resides in the deepest clearing of the Entree Forest. Please check the
deepest clearing by walking straight up through three areas of the Entree
Forest in order to locate your Arceus.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to update this ticket.
