Can captain tell me my menu ?

sorry for my computer having some problem.

This summar , I have summar course.I can't spend much time exercising with

lads.I think I should get up early　in order to go to exercise early.

However,I don't know how to chalk out.(I know I can warm me up earlier.

If I want to catch fly or bat Tin earlier ,I can't do it alone)

Can captain provide some advises to me ?
