mlb官網裡對於hold的取得規定：
A relief pitcher is credited with a hold any time he enters a game in a save
situation, records at least one out and leaves the game never having
relinquished the lead. A pitcher cannot finish the game and receive credit
for a hold, nor can he earn a hold and a save in the same game.
裡面沒有提到後援投手上場時球隊領先幾分，
不過至少要有一個出局數，並且在球隊還是領先的時候下場。
這邊我想問的是，我玩這個版本的實況野球，
每次如果小幅度落後，好像是三分以內的時候，
到了第七局電腦防守的時候就開始瘋狂換投手，
只要經過一個打者就換，這裡的意思是即使保送了而且沒有解決任何打者電腦也會換投，
然後比賽結束我輸了，看投手紀錄那邊，每個上來投的投手都有hold，
想問問玩過這個版本的版友是不是也有遇過這個狀況。
