[問題] MFC Edit隱藏

[BILL0119 (BILL)]

我想要在ComboBox上選擇

指定的選項就Show出一些Edit 或是文字 之類的

否則就隱藏

請問要使用哪個function?

怎麼用?請各位高手幫忙舉個例子
