其實呢，
把 lame 或 libmad 拿來 trace 一下，
code 裡面看到不懂的名詞問問 google，
這樣就差不多了，
不過 libmad 是以 fixed point 來 implement。
mp3 的理論跟演算法其實也還蠻簡單的，
不太需要從純理論開始學就可以學會。
