Philip Humber 簽約了

去年的第4順位，Mets 選上的 Rice 三巨投之一 Philip Humber，
簽了5年 5.16M 的 Major League Contract，其中 Gaurantee 部分有 4.2M
Signing Bouns 3M。

預期其他尚未簽約的人簽約的腳步也會加快，因為聯邦稅制(Federal Tax)改變的關係
球隊想趕在期限前簽下來

第一輪剩下 Jeff Niemann、Jered Weaver、StephenDrew三隻沒簽
不過據說 Niemann 快了。
