[請益] 12月31日和1月1日報到的差別?

代朋友問。

以前未任過公職，102年12月31日和103年1月1日報到的差別在哪?


問了人事室，感覺上是12月31日報到的話，會有年終?

按照請假天數，是否明年會有1天的年休?--->個人推測。
