It is simple.
When you begin posting a new article and you're in editing mode
the program have a counter ready.
Every second the program checks if you have sent any key to it.
If you have, the counter will be increased.
The money you get for an article is the final result of this counter.
A word composed of alphabets contains many keys,
so the time you type it will turn into money;
However, a Chinese character is sent to the program by IME
and will be taken as only one key,
so even when you spend three second to type one character
you still get only 1P.
