IT, Library and O.L.T.
This e-mail is to let you know about a new service for students which is
being trialled during second semester.
The service is called "QUT Nightline".
We understand that increasingly students need help with IT, Library and
On-Line Teaching (OLT) queries when you are studying late at night and
early in the morning.
For this reason as a trial we are extending our information support services
during the week. This means you can now speak to a QUT help desk person
at any time between 6am and 1am, Monday to Friday.
QUT Nightline staff are trained to help you with IT, Library and OLT
questions. Of course there may be situations where your query needs to be
referred on to the relevant area of the University for priority attention
next working day.
We are very interested in getting your feedback on the new service.This can
be done through the QUT Nightline web page at:
