更正上篇有關計量考試是open "note"阿～

是我又講錯了

計量考試只有open note, 沒有open book......

note範圍包括：

老師的lecture note,老師上課的slide,and the note you took in class

 Textbook is "NOT" allowed. 

請大家告訴大家～～～
