I will discuss Riley 9.6 exercises in the TA session tomorrow. Therefore, don't forget to bring the lecture note. Some of the students said that they would like to know my grading policy on the opening question: "What is the behavior that you think real people would do in the game?" Here's my answer: 1. You have to predict the subject's behavior in the right direction. 2. You have to explain why the subjects will act as your prediction. In other words, you have to construct a "theory" to explain the behavioral result. 3. Since there's no standard answer, how many points you can get depends on other classmates' answers. I only gave 20 percent of students 2 points in the last quiz. 4. People are rational or irrational can't be the answer. If you write such answer without any other explanation, I won't give you any point. By the way, I still have to mention that since I always give you enough time to answer the question, please do not skip any calculative process next time. If you skip calculative process and get the answer directly, I don't know whether you know how to derive the answer, or you just try to remember the right answer. P.S. Thanks for the advice on the survey yesterday, I'll work harder. If you still have any suggestion on me, please let me know.
