I found that the disjoint distribution matrix does not have enough information
for you to calculate the expected payoffs for each player under different
situations. Therefore, I have to add some description of the question:
(1) Assume the type of player 1 and player 2 are independent
(2) Player 1 is type 1 with the probability 0.5
Player 2 is type 1 with the probability 0.4
Then you can check the answer by yourselves.
