  我只看過1、2跟6而已，我把3跟4當成參考用書，比較多應用例子。

進階：

1. The Art of R Programming by Norman Matloff

2. Software for Data Analysis: Programming with R by John Chambers

  這幾本，我都挑我有興趣的部分去看而已，介紹較多底層的東西。

繪圖相關：

1. R Graphics by Paul Murrell

2. Lattice Multivariate Data Visualization with R by Deepayan Sarkar

3. ggplot2: Elegant Graphics for Data Analysis by Hadley Wickham

  2跟3，我只有在需要做漂亮一點的圖，我才會去翻它XD。
