Rangers' Koji Uehara claims infamous spot in baseball history with sub-par
performance

Right-hander Koji Uehara claimed an infamous spot in history: first reliever
to allow a home run in three consecutive postseason appearances. Ryan Raburn
handled a high fastball for a homer in the seventh, increasing the Tigers'
lead to 7-2.

In the three games, Uehara has faced 11 hitters and allowed three homers.
This continues a pattern that began after he was obtained from Baltimore in
July. Uehara allowed five homers in 18 regular-season innings with the
Rangers.
