Adrian Beltre: 'We all know we lost the Series yesterday'

Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre had some interesting comments following
the Rangers' Game 7 loss in St. Louis Friday night. Here's a sampling,
courtesy of T.R. Sullivan's Game 7 recap:

"I can't describe how I'm feeling, but it's not a good feeling."

...

"We all know we lost the Series yesterday. We shouldn't have let it slip
away. We came back today to try to win it, but the momentum just took them
and they won it. It's not a nice feeling.

"We had in our mind that we were going to win the World Series. We were one
strike away, but it didn't happen. It would be easier if you lose four games
in a row than having the thought that you were one strike away. It's not
easy. That game [on Thursday] will be hard to forget."


吹哥表示: 我無法形容我的感受，但絕對不是酥湖的

我們都知道我們在G6讓即將到手的冠軍飛掉

我們今天回到場上一決勝負，但是結果是紅鳥贏下WSC

這感覺真不好

我們曾經跟冠軍只有一個好球之差，但終究沒有發生

比起這樣我還寧可連輸4場

也不要這樣明明勝利就在眼前卻得不到

G6真的是場令人難忘的比賽



這段話帶有多深的感觸啊...唉
