[情報] Yu Darvish on the 15-day DL

[rangers ( One strike away. Twice)]

Rangers placed RHP Yu Darvish on the 15-day disabled list with right elbow
inflammation.

Darvish got rocked in his last turn, and Darvish said he felt tightness in
the elbow while playing catch on Monday. The right-hander will undergo more
testing on his elbow in the coming days, at which point more should be known
about his outlook and timetable. Robbie Ross will take his spot in the
rotation.


The Rangers are hopeful Yu Darvish (elbow) will miss only two starts.
Rangers general manager Jon Daniels said he doesn't believe the elbow
ligament is involved, but an MRI on Thursday will shed more light on the
injury. With little left to play for, the Rangers will surely be careful with
their ace.
