The Golden State Warriors are making a run at free agent guard Ray Allen,
according to general manager Bob Meyers.

The Golden State Warriors have the best three-point shooter of today’s NBA
in Stephen Curry.

勇士擁有目前全聯盟最硬霸的三分射手咖哩

Now, they are trying to add the most prolific three-point shooter in league
history.

Warriors general manager Bob Meyers said on 95.7 The Game that the team has
contacted Ray Allen’s representatives, according to the San Jose Mercury
News.

“We threw our team out there at his representation and I think they’re
vetting what they want to do,” Myers said. “Obviously you’ve got to look
at a guy like that. He’s a smart enough guy. He’s going to look around the
league to see what’s best for him.”

There is a problem, though, and it’s one that Myers even noted himself later
in the interview. The Warriors are very deep and it’d be difficult to carve
out an amount of minutes that were desirable for Allen.

“We don’t have enough minutes as it is, so it’s a question of chemistry
too,” Myers said.

in that respect. At 39, he’s a defensive liability.

could excite any NBA fan. With Klay Thompson also in the mix, the Warriors

Allen averaged 9.6 points on 37.5 percent shooting from beyond the arc this
past season with the Miami Heat.
