 Guti has just turned 31, but he still feels he has a lot to offer. He is Real
 Madrid's gear assembly. In an interview to El Mundi, the team's second captain
 said he likes the current campaign and that he thinks the team will win a
 title.

 金狼剛過31歲生日, 但他仍然覺得活力四射, 他仍然是皇馬重要的一份子.
 在本次訪談中, 皇馬副隊長對於球隊現況感到滿意並認為球會將贏得重要的冠軍.

 What do your wrinkles tell you when you look in the mirror every morning?
 當你每天早上照著鏡子時, 你臉上的皺紋告訴你怎樣的訊息呢?

 Hey! I'm only 31! I'm still a kid! I feel great. I've never been seriously
 injured and I must have some sort of gift (laughs) because I feel stronger
 every day.

 嘿~我可是31歲玉樹臨風的帥正太呢~ 我從沒有過重大的傷害 (Pepe + Robben : 科科~~)
 光這點就值得要求點禮物吧~每天我都感覺很強壯呢~

 What do you feel when you think that the day of your retirment will come
 sooner than later?
 你有沒有想到掛靴的日子很快就會來到呢?

 I've never thought about that. I'm aware of the fact that this will have to
 end someday, but I'm not worried about it yet. I wish to be smart enough to
 leave when I really have to. I've learned from teammates I've had that it is
 a very important and complicated moment in a footballer's life.

 我從沒想那麼多~縱使我知道那一天早晚會來到. 當那天來臨時我希望我是瀟灑的離開,
 那一天將會是我足球生涯中非常重要但也非常複雜的一天.

 It seems Real Madrid won't let you go any time soon...
 好像現在皇馬一點都不想讓你離開呢 XD

 That's what it seems, but you should never be too sure about things like that
 (laughs). Football is ruled by very strange mechanisms. It is somewhat amazing
 that Raul, Iker and myself have been so long on this team. It seems players
 don't last a very long time at the same club nowadays. I always look at
 captain armbands; some players are team captains for only two or three years.

 現在看起來是這樣~但是誰都無法保證未來會發生什麼事XDD 足球圈中總是無常理可尋,
 像我和Raul, Iker可以一起那麼久但有些人就無法長久的待在同一個球會中.
 我總是注意著隊長袖標, 有些人往往2~3年後已經不在原有的球會上了.

 Is there another Guti in the youth system?
 現在球會農產品中有和你特點相似的青苗嗎?

 I'm sure there is.

 我相信一定有的.

 As good as you are?
 跟你一樣好嗎?

 Much better. Some kids in the youth system are magnificent players. Their
 passion for football is amazing and they will be able to play wherever they
 want.

 當然比我強嘍~我們家有些小朋友是很棒的.
 他們對於足球的熱情足以讓他們達到他們想要的高度.

 Are you sure? Times have changed very much...
 你確定嗎?時間是可以改變很多東西的...

 I was lucky and I know they will have to be even more lucky. Being amazing
 isn't enough for a player in the youth system anymore; people at the Club will
 have to start preferring to see their own men playing on the first team than
 someone from another club. Real Madrid have always been obliged to sign
 players from other teams, but they should also take good care of the youth
 system.

 我很幸運但是小朋友們必須比我更幸運才行.在皇馬擁有驚人天賦是不夠的,
 因為他們需要和其他球會的將才競爭進入一隊的機會.皇馬總是尋求強而有力的外援,
 但是制服組更應該好好照料這些幼苗們.

 What would you advise a younger Guti to do? What should he do that you didn't?
 對於下一個Guti你有何建議?他應該要做到那些你未做到的事?

 I have always rspected this badge. Naturally, I have made some mistakes, but
 I honestly think none of them have been too serious. I'm still here.

 我總是尊重皇馬的徽章.我也會犯錯但是勿過度擔憂.我依舊在皇馬不是嗎!

 Do you feel more important with Schuster as coach?
 你感到在Schuster的陣容中是否更為重要?

 I feel I have a constant duty to do and I like that. He knows exactly what he
 wants from me and I think I know what that is. My mission is to be the team's
 playmaker, to move the ball intelligently. I've been doing that my whole life
 and I feel I am a professional at it.

 我感受到一連串的責任也樂於承擔.我們彼此都能了解我在場上的任務.
 我的任務就是成為球隊場上的運轉重心,保持球的靈活流動.我盡我所能的完成我的任務.

 Do you feel you will retire with Schuster as coach?
 你有考慮在Schuster仍是皇馬主教練時掛靴嗎?

 I haven't thought about that. I don't think we've had such a creative coach
 in midfield as Schuster since Vicente del Bosque left. He's been heavily
 criticised because we haven't played that well most of the time, but no one
 can say he actually wants us to play badly. Schuster believes football should
 be entertaining.

 自Bosque離開後, 我不認為我們中場的創造性有比現在好過.
 他說過我們大部分時間踢球都缺乏觀賞性.但沒有人想把比賽踢得那麼難看.
 Schuster相信足球是可以賞心悅目的.

 You had trouble playing well until you faced Valencia...
 在面對蝙蝠軍前球隊似乎有些麻煩...

 Maybe. You know, teams we face don't just stand still waiting for us to play
 beautifully. Sometimes things work out and sometimes they don't. A long time
 has to pass before a team instinctively showcases a beautiful style all the
 time. We have to know each other better, understand each other without words.
 We need time to get there.

 也許吧!你也知道我們的對手不會站著看我們踢出漂亮的進攻.有時我們的努力也會得不到
 效果.在過去很長的時間我們以華麗的進攻作為我們球隊的風格.
 我們知道怎麼作只是需要時間來達到目標.

 Is Schuster as dry with you as he is with the media?
 Schuster給你的感覺如同他在媒體上的一樣枯燥嗎?

 Real Madrid didn't sign him for the jokes he cracks, but for his quality as
 coach. I think he knows exactly what he wants. He is still adapting to the
 team and I think he is doing a great job.

 我們又不是簽他來講笑話的~(犀利又中肯!)他是個好教練, 我知道他的目標,
 他還在適應球會而我認為他會完成偉大的工作的.

 Does he listen to advice?
 他會聽取你們的建議嗎?

 He has a strong character, but he isn't a monster. He has his own thoughts
 about how the team should work and play... We listen to him and we try to do
 what he says. He is capable of reacting and using a Plan B or a Plan C when
 Plan A doesn't work...

 他有強勢的風格但他不是個怪物, 他對於球隊的戰術踢法有自己的想法.
 我們聽他的並作好他的要求.當A計劃不靈時他還有B計劃 C計劃.....

 Do you think Valencia played poorly?
 你認為蝙蝠軍近況不佳嗎?

 They conceded a goal right after kick-off that shattered their plans. From the
 on, they did nothing well, but we did. I nevertheless think they are a great
 team.

 他們一開賽就丟球想必對於他們的計劃有所打擊, 之後他們做什麼都不順.
 雖然如此但我認為他們依舊是支偉大的球隊.

 Do you think Real Madrid can win the Champions League again?
 你認為皇馬將會再次舉起歐冠大耳杯嗎?

 I think so. I will finally play in a final (laughs).

 當然!這是我們的目標.

 "Every coach is different. Luis has to be tactful because he is the coach of
 the national team. I won the European Champonship in 1998 with the Under-21s
 and I would love to play with Spain in a major tournament, but I know Luis
 doesn't even consider me for the team."

 "每位教練的風格都不同, Luis必須要圓滑些畢竟他執教的是國家隊.
 我贏過98年U21歐青賽冠軍,我熱愛為西班牙國家隊出賽,

 "I can't possibly remember how many times he's saved our necks. He is an
 amazing keeper and I am very happy with the fact that he comes from the
 Club's youth system. He is capable of breaking records at Real Madrid and with
 Spain. He is the best there is."

 我很開心他是我們自己培養出來農產品.他有能力打破所有皇馬及西班牙的記錄~~

 Raul:

 "I don't know of a similar case in modern football. Raul should be Real
 Madrid's blueprint, but he is unique. I doubt another player with his
 characteristics will rise again. I sometimes feel embarassed when I watch him
 play."

 "我不知道現在足壇是不是還有跟他一樣的典範,Raul是皇馬的藍圖,他是獨一無二的.
 我懷疑以後是否還有球星有和他的特質,當我看他踢球時總是很害羞 >///<(?!)"

 Henry:

 "I think he isn't in good shape due to the long injury he sustained last year,
 but I'm sure he will be successful at Barcelona. He is a good addition to the
 Spanish League."

 "我認為經歷長時間的傷病後,現在的Henry並不在最佳狀態,
 但我認為他依舊能在Barca取得成功.他的加入對西甲是好事."

 Aguero:

 "He reminded me of Diego Maradona when he socred a goal the other day.
 Atletico Madrid needed a brilliant player like him to thrill the fans. I think
 they will probably make it to next season's Champions League."

 "在他進球後總是讓我想起偉大的 Diego Maradona,
 ATM需要這樣的球星來振奮他們的球迷.我認為他們下季有機會逐鹿歐冠."
