Ozil Recovers From Ankle Injury
Mesut Özil is now fully recovered from the bruised ankle he suffered in the
last match with the German national team on Friday against Turkey, and is
prepared to take part in his team’s match against Kazakhstan.
The midfielder arrived in Astana with the rest of the German squad, led by
coach Joachim Löw, for the Euro 2012 qualifying match.
Löw recently stated that if everything goes smoothly, he will face
Kazakhstan with the same starting 11 he began with against Turkey, which
means that Real Madrid star Mesut Ozil will be a starter in that match.
