Ozil, Xabi Alonso, Carvalho, Marcelo and Adan trained with Castilla

Jose Mourinho allowed those players called-up for yesterday's match to have
the day off. On the other hand, Xabi Alonso, Ozil, Marcelo, Carvalho and Adan
(who was called-up yesterday) were requested to appear al Valdebebas to train
with Castilla.
The session was supervised by Jose Mourinho and Castilla coach Alejandro
Menendez. The players did warm-up exercies before playing piggy-in-the-middle
in two groups of 13.
Several simultaneous 6 on 6 practice games followed. Ozil, Marcelo, Xabi
Alonso and Carvalho were on the same team. The players trained with the
winter version of the ball used in La Liga, which will come into play in the
match against Hercules on Saturday (20:00 CET).
Pepe and Granero voluntarily decided to go to Real Madrid City this morning.
The former worked out indoors and watched the practice games with Jose
Mourinho. Granero jogged on his own on another training pitch.
Jerzy Dudek was also at Valdebebas, but he was sent home by the Medical Staff
after being diagnosed with gastroenteritis. The injured Garay and Gago jogged
outdoors aside from the squad.
