1.蔣智賢

Scouting Report: Chiang is an offense second baseman in the making, with a
really nice left handed swing. Potential to hit for both average and power.
 However, his defense is a bit behind. Signed a $350,000 signing bonus.
Learning English, albeit slowly.

2.葉丁仁

Scouting Report: Lefty Taiwanese pitcher spent 2002-2005 in the military.
 Live arm, but has not pitched in organized baseball since 2001.  Fastball
sits around 90 mph and tops out at 92 mph.  Signed for $100K out of Taiwan.

3.林旺億

Scouting Report: Good athlete, also played first base in Taiwan.  Signed for
a $58,000 bonus.

4.黃志祥

Scouting Report: Very raw.  Likely a third baseman down the line. Signed a
$100,000 signing bonus.
