‧ The Twins and Red Sox could be getting closer to
finalizing a Johan Santana deal. Boston has sweetened its offer by
adding a fifth player to the trade proposal -- outfield prospect
Ryan Kalish, a ninth-round draft pick in 2006 out of Red Bank
Catholic High School (Shrewsbury, N.J.).


所以現在給Twins 的package 是
Lester, Coco, Masterson, Lowrie, Kalish.

兩個SP, 一個CF, 一個IF, 一個OF

這幾個位置都是Red Sox 接下來幾年不用擔心的, 換到Santana 後
SP至少有三個年齡小於30, 然後一個Buchholz 隨時等著捕上兩個老妖怪
OF 是 Ellsbury, Drew, Manny, 並沒有衰老的緊急性也不是上面新人可以取代的
IF的Youk, Pedroia, Lugo, Lowell, 沒太大意外的話也應該可以維持個幾年

雖然這個package 跟Yankees 的package 不相上下,  但Theo團隊這幾年真是太厲害
農場一口氣畢業了Papelbon, Pedroia, Ellsbury, Buchholz, Lester, Delcarmen
農場還沒有斷糧的傾向.  然後去年搶到松板更是為今年埋下了種,
如果楊機有 Wang, Daisuke, Pettitte, Moose, Hughes, Joba, Kennedy 還會
這麼不肯放人嗎？
