No confirmation yet from the Red Sox, but various reports have the team
acquiring infielder Jack Hannahan from Seattle for a player to be named later
or cash.
Hannahan is a light-hitting first baseman and third baseman. Presumably he
will be headed to Pawtucket, He has spent this entire season with Triple-A
Tacoma, hitting .228.
