Cameron done for the year. Will have surgery on his abdominal. Has to talk to
docs first, though.

Mike Cameron will have season-ending surgery for lower abdominal tear. Should
be ready for spring training. Hat tip to ESPN Boston.
Terry Francona on Jacoby Ellsbury playing again this season: "We're probably
going to have to catch a break."

Terry Francona wouldn't completely rule out Jacoby Ellsbury for rest of
season, but also said it'll take 4-6 weeks before he can do anything.
