[紅襪] Red Sox recall Atchison, option Bowden

The Red Sox made a roster move in advance of tonight’s game against the
Pirates in Pittsburgh, recalling right-handed reliever Scott Atchison from
Triple-A Pawtucket and optioning right-handed reliever Michael Bowden back to
the PawSox.

This will be the third stint of the season with the big club for the
35-year-old Atchison, who last pitched for the Red Sox on June 3. In seven
appearances this season, Atchison has a 4.73 ERA in 13 1/3 innings. He does
have one save, registered on May 20, when he pitched three flawless innings
in a 15-5 victory over the Cubs.

The 24-year-old Bowden had a 1.29 ERA in six games out of the bullpen for the
Red Sox on the season.
