以下僅列出其中幾個重要職位:

Rick Jameyson - Head Athletic Trainer，前20個球季待在克里夫蘭印第安人

               體系之下。

Mike Reinold - Head Physical Therapist，當過紅襪的首席訓練員和醫療服務的副指揮員

             ，擁有Massachusetts General Hospital的博士學位。

Brad Pearson - Assistant Athletic Trainer，今年是在紅襪的第十年，先前大多是在小

               聯盟當訓練員。University of Massachusetts運動科學碩士。

Pat Sandora - Strength and Conditioning Coach，前五季在小聯盟擔任Strength and

              Conditioning Coordinator，1998-2006之間服務過許多球隊。West

              Virginia University的體育訓練碩士。

Dan Dyrek - Clinical Consultant，超過30年的醫療經驗，還有各種國際賽、奧運選手

            的治療等等。Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn的physical therapy

            中最優等的畢業生。

Larry Ronan - 續任Head Team Internist(內科) -哈佛畢業生。

             Dr. Ronan is a Staff Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital

Mike Boyle -  Strength and Conditioning Consultant

Peter Asnis - 升職Head Team Orthopedist

Additional physicians on the club’s medical staff include: Tom Holovacs, MD
(Team Orthopedist/Shoulder Consultant), George Theodore, MD (Team
Orthopedist/Foot and Ankle Consultant), Eric Berkson, MD (Team Orthopedist),
Steve Southard, MD (Team Internist), Jim Januzzi, MD (Team Cardiologist) and
Jeff Bostic, MD (Consultant), all from Massachusetts General Hospital; Arun
Ramappa, MD (Team Orthopedist) from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; and
Brian Busconi, MD (Head Minor League Physician) from UMass Memorial Medical 
Group.
