Bobby Jenks被逮捕，被控肇事逃逸及DUI(酒醉或服毒品後開車)

Jenks開著他的白色Mercedes Benz SUV要離開gentleman's night club的停車場時撞毀
兩輛汽車後逃逸。

警察在2:35 a.m.於不遠處攔下他，Jenks坦承他在狀況不佳的情況下開車並撞毀兩台車。

根據警察觀察Jenks說話不清、無法控制的抖動以及瞳孔放大，Jenks表示他是因為吃了肌
肉鬆弛劑而發生這種情形。警察在當時讓他測試清醒測驗，結果是失敗的。

Jenks被控了五項罪名(two counts of DUI and property damage, one count DUI
alcohol or drugs, one count DUI and property damage, and one count of leaving
the scene of a crash involving damage to property)

8:45時以$4250交保，預計4月9號將出庭。

紅襪在後來發了聲明:

“We have been made aware of a situation regarding Bobby Jenks and take such
matters seriously. We are gathering information and will refrain from further
comment at this time.”

昨天Valentine對於洋基的失禮非常的不爽，在投手丘上的Mortensen在被下放前也開砲了

“I was pretty pissed, actually,I finally get my chance to get into an inning,
something that I believe my role would kind of be — late innings, tie
ballgame, come in against the Yankees — I was all fired up, ready to go.
I was talking with [catcher Ryan Lavarnway on the mound], ‘Let’s do this
sign with a runner on second,’ and all of a sudden it was, ‘Game’s over,
dude.’"

我非常的不爽，我準備要在平手的局面下上場，我有機會得到在比賽後段上場的角色。
我已經準備好了，還跟Lavarnway討論一番，然後突然被告知說比賽結束了。

“I was like, ‘What?!’ I wasn’t happy. I thought it was funny that they
said they were out of pitching. Well, you’re not pitching. You don’t want
to hit?

三小?!他們說他們沒投手了，真有趣。好你不投球，你不打擊？

It’s just funny that it just happens to be the Yankees. It starts up the
whole thing already. Whatever. I just wanted to get in and pitch. Sitting in
the bullpen, we tied it up and I said, ‘Sweet – I get to go in there and
throw an inning,’ and then the game’s over before I know it. What just
happened?”

發生在洋基，真好笑。平手時我說:我要上場投一局，然後在我知道之前比賽就結束了？
到底是怎樣？

It’s my chance to show them I can kind of do it. Then my chance gets taken
away by the damn Yankees,” said Mortensen. “People always say that in
baseball you always see something new every year. There’s something new for
you. I’ve never seen that one. Oh well.

這是證明我可以做到的機會，然後這個機會被該死的洋基奪走了。人們總說在棒球界每年
都會遇到新鮮事，這倒是挺新奇的，我從沒見過。
