1. Podsednik排三番(Pods生涯首度排三番)，8BV說

"Just a mistake," Valentine said in response to his deployment of Podsednik.
"Is that what it says on the lineup? What the (expletive)? Switch it up. Who
knows? Maybe it will look good. I haven’t seen it."

而且，身為一名正常的總教練應該提早好幾小時看看球員是否能上場，但他卻在比賽開始
前不到三小時內才到

2. 惡搞Aceves，他在禁賽之後的四場(五天)內投了143球

作者Speier形容這是用「中世紀的懲罰方法」來懲罰Aceves犯的錯

(同時，剛傷癒復出的富丘在第六局暖身，竟然等到第八局才上來，無視他的健康狀況)

3. 要Salty違反不成文規定用觸擊打破無安打，賽後8BV說"Who cares."

8BV以前的最大優點是他短期內可以拯救營運不善的球隊，現在看起來五個月後不僅沒有
改善還阻礙球隊前進─而且蠻嚴重的。

season is simply wrong. A lot has been written about injuries to key players
this year. The impact of that on the Sox this year should not be discounted,”
 Henry wrote almost four weeks ago. "In baseball, managers often get too much
credit and too much blame for what happens on the field. That seems to be a

the manager needs to go.' But an organization is much more than the field
manager. We all share responsibility for the success and failure of the
Boston Red Sox. We are not making a change in manager.

"There has been no lack of effort from our players and we have had a number
of them playing hurt. I watch every game and the effort our players put in
right after night is very clear to see,” he continued. "In regard to the
notion that we have somehow not empowered Bobby, you should ask him directly
about that. We have been nothing but supportive of him inside and outside the
clubhouse. Stories that imply otherwise are due to speculation that is not
warranted at all by the facts.”

談Ben Cherington在紅襪的未來：“We give him high marks in how he’s dealt with
the challenges this season, and he’s going to be with us for a long time,”
Werner told the Globe.


談8BV:

“I don’t really want to get into that today,” Werner said in the same
story. “I don’t want to talk too much about him. But he’s had a
challenging year. I think, as we’ve said before, he’s doing a good job.”

紅襪去年的決定非常的傷，跳過了Dale Sveum，選擇一位不合這裡的人。

那麼，沒人想回應8BV去留，不就很明顯了？如果要做出改變，還在等什麼？

這段時間先使用代理教練(如bench coach Tim Bogar)，並且在FO與老闆間取得共識開始
面談，如果要John Farrell就趕快炒掉8BV，不然會一邊談條件一邊弄8BV的事。

畢竟，紅襪需要長一點的時間來重整陣容與適應人事地震的影響。

Ben Cherington在之前做的決定就是要讓紅襪重新來過，不管是明年還是未來皆然。

如果8BV不是未來的拼圖，硬要留下來是不合理的行為。
