紅人用2年4M簽下左手牛Rhodes

雖然Rhodes是Type B的FA，不過馬林魚沒開仲裁，所以紅人不會損失選秀權

According to Ken Rosenthal, the Reds have reached a preliminary agreement
with lefty reliever Arthur Rhodes on a two-year, $4MM deal.  It's pending a
physical.  Rhodes was a Type B free agent, but the Marlins did not offer
arbitration so they will not get draft pick compensation.
