CINCINNATI (AP)—Reliever Jared Burton and the Cincinnati Reds have reached a
one-year deal for $810,000.
The 28-year-old righty was the Reds' last player eligible for salary
arbitration before Monday's agreement. He made $420,000 last year.
Burton was 1-0 with a 4.40 ERA in 53 games last season. In three years with the
Reds, he is 10-3 with a 3.47 ERA.
