By Jeff Wallner / Special to MLB.com 05/29/10 6:31 PM ET CINCINNATI -- Reds first baseman Joey Votto was not in the starting lineup for the fourth consecutive day due to neck stiffness. But he could be available to pinch-hit on Saturday. "Joey appears to be better," said Reds manager Dusty Baker. "He possibly could be available to pinch-hit. We'll see how he responds." Votto's injury wasn't originally believed to be serious, but it has kept him out of the lineup since Tuesday. Without Votto, the Reds are missing a main cog in their offense. He entered Saturday batting .312 with 10 home runs and 33 RBIs. Miguel Cairo started in Votto's place at first base for the fourth consecutive game. Votto連休四天,看起來應該快要可以回到先發陣容了? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.244.86
