吉吉大真的太強了!!!!!
小弟甘拜下風   我是看了好久一直有疑惑
直到查到作者的講法以後才確定我想的是正確的
我先貼一下作者講法

larger (shell) growth and slower calcification of the bone shell requires
higher humidity to produce a smooth shell?

這段話翻譯很簡單    長得慢而且夠自然就算乾也不會壟背
要長的快的話就弄濕ㄧ點

我怎麼敢這樣翻譯呢??
因為還有下面這一段XDDDDDD

I said with natural diet (relevant in this case is a correct Ca and P
content) and natural growth rates tortoises stay smooth even in drier
surroundings. (If they grow faster they need higher humidity to stay smooth.
Which, I admit, makes it difficult to judge what one needs to blame more for

我想請問大家一下   該作者是認為蛋白質有沒有影響呢
答案在吉吉大上次提出的體增種率喔^^

小弟我認為   也許這個理論還沒有被證實
但是他卻能同時說明
為什麼長的快的比較容易壟背  為什麼溼度有顯著的影響
但是又順便解釋了為什麼乾燥地區的龜沒有壟背   真的很神奇阿!!!!!!!!

小弟要在這裡強調    對於真正的機制   可能要交給老外那些大師
但是對於一個飼養者來說  真正重要的是田野調查
並請可以讓他們有適當的微氣候
如果為了不壟背  硬要把乾燥地區的龜拿來高濕度飼養是很危險的
乾燥地區的龜可以在晚上稍微提高溼度   並且讓他們有良好的微氣候環境
但是不是一昧的加高   對於乾燥氣候的龜來說
讓他們長慢一點是更好的選擇
