Rockets forward Carl Landry returned from another round of tests with nothing

new to report but with a sense of relief that in this case, no news really was

good news with no liga-ment or cartilage tears found.

"I feel good," said Landry, who missed his second game with swelling in his

right knee. "It could have been worse. It could have been season-ending. But

good news — it's a day-to-day thing.

"We're just going to go from there. I just wanted to know if it was torn or not

because that's something I've been through, and found out it wasn't. I was

happy about that. Found out there was a little mild swelling in there and just

aggravated a little bit."

Landry said there is still no diagnosis on the injury other than there is

swelling.

"Just a little pull, a little strain, a knee bump that aggravated some

ligaments," he said. "Everything was intact. The doctor said it looked even

better than he thought it would look, so that's good news."

Landry is averaging 8.5 points in 28 games this season.

仍然未能在與網隊的比賽中上場，不過好消息是他的傷勢問題不大，沒有韌帶或軟骨組織

出現撕裂。目前他被定為逐日觀察。「我感覺還不錯，」蘭德裡說，「本來差點就更嚴重

了，甚至是整個賽季報廢，謝天謝地，MRI檢查的結果只是逐日觀察而已。我唯一擔心的

就是是否韌帶組織撕裂了，因為我以前有過這樣的經歷。因此我對檢查結果很高興，我

只是膝蓋有點積水，而且現在也減輕了不少。」


蘭德裡還表示目前除了膝蓋積水以外尚無別的診斷結果。


「如果再有一點拉力，一點扭傷，或者再被撞一下，那我的膝蓋很可能就惡化為韌帶撕裂

了，所幸它現在完好無損。醫生說傷勢比他想像的要好，因此這算是個好消息吧。」
