Teams can always go over the salary cap without using their exceptions to
sign their own players or to sign players to minimum contracts. The only
reason they would have to use the bi-annual or mid-level exceptions would be
if they were matching an offer that exceeds the maximum raise they would be
allowed to offer. The bi-annual exception will likely be worth about $1.9
million to start, though that has not been determined yet. -- Jonathan




球隊在超過工資帽的情況下，不用特例就可以簽下自己的球員以及底薪球員。只有當本隊
球員得到其他球隊超過工資最大增幅的邀約，並打算匹配的時候，才需要動用中產特例或
雙年特例。




如果這樣的話，morey可以在其他球隊發offer之前就和landry達成續約合同，不給其他
球隊搗亂的機會，這樣就可以保留完整的中產特例了。


如果真的這樣做的話
不但順利簽下洗衣店
又可以保留住完整中產條例
那今年的補強就有更多的想像空間
