Scola provides professional attitude

Luis Scola had been the only consistent Rockets scorer Friday,
making nine of his 14 shots for 18 points in 28 minutes, with 12 rebounds.
四科拉算是禮拜五唯一打得比較出色的球員.

But he made just one of four shots
(the jumper that ended the Rockets' 0-for-16 start)
in the second half and did not play in the fourth quarter.
Coach Rick Adelman said he was not only sticking with the group
that had come back to within a shot of the Spurs,
but liked the way David Andersen's 3-point shooting
provided spacing against the Spurs' defense
and Carl Landry was scoring inside.

coach a lot,” Scola said.
“I respect any decision that he makes. I won't complain to the media, in the
locker room or to him,
 because I have no reason to complain. Whatever he decides, will be great for
me.
 He decided I shouldn't be playing. I accept it as a professional and I was
happy to root for Carl and David,
 the guys who were playing at the moment.”

With consecutive home losses, the Rockets fell to .500 for the first time
since they split their first two games of the season and at home for the
first time
since they spit their first two home games.
連續在家輸了兩場, 火箭隊掉到只有五成的勝率.
這也是他們本季頭一次連續兩次在主場仆街.

As they did then, they face the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight, but this time,
the game is on the road to start a four-game road trip made important by the
home losses.
“Our schedule now, we play eight of 10 on the road,” coach Rick Adelman
said.
“We have four home games before Christmas. We have to win on the road; it's
as simple as that.
 Losing those two at home hurt. We have to go on the road and find ways to
turn it back around again.
“We want to stay in that area during that stretch because we all know in
January and February,
 the schedule turns big-time for us. We have to maintain control and stay
with it during this stretch.”
