Rockies non-tendered RHP Chin-Hui Tsao.
He was the club's only non-tender, so Josh Fogg, Yorvit Torrealba and
Cory Sullivan all received offers. The Rockies are probably going to try
to re-sign Tsao to a minor league deal, but he'd be an intriguing gamble
for another team. His shoulder troubles have turned him into something of
a long shot, but he still has a chance to develop into a quality reliever.
