Jayson Nix觸擊的時候打到左眼
受傷的情況可能要進一步觀察
但是確定的是整個奧運不會再上場
醫生說的：
"Mr. Nix sustained a laceration to the left upper eyebrow (area). His injury
was evaluated with a CAT scan and a detailed eye exam. The laceration was
repaired and he was treated with eye drops and rest. He will not return to
play during the Games."

另外，有過類似背傷困擾的Randy Johnson昨天和Helton會面並提供建議
Johnson曾經在1996年33歲的時候動過背部的手術
現在不確定Helton是否會進行背部手術，可能會再跟Dr. Watkins討論
可喜的是Johnson動完手術之後還猛了很久
假使Helton真的進行背部手術，對他可能也不是壞事
畢竟他一直帶著背傷打球也不是辦法
