根據丹佛時報這篇的報導"De La Rosa rejects suitors for city, fans"

自洛磯成軍以來 從來沒有球員願意放棄更大的合約留在洛磯。

現在那個球員出現了 他叫做JDLR。

他放棄了更優渥的合約

選擇用 2年21.5M留在洛磯，只因為他想繼續幫洛磯投球。

"Why did I do it? Because I wanted to be a Rockie," De La Rosa told The
Denver Post in an exclusive interview. "People ask me about how hard it is to
pitch in Coors Field. I have always liked it. I can get strikeouts and
groundballs. And I like the city and fans."

"My goal is to help this team and win a lot of games. If I do what I expect,
I believe we can reach the playoffs," said De La Rosa, whose new Arizona home
is located 10 minutes from the Rockies' new spring training facility in
Scottsdale. "I just need to stay healthy."
