[閒聊] 分享一個自製的 Octopress Plugin

名稱：Indexer for Octopress

功能就是類似在 wiki 頁面上方常除出現的巢狀索引欄，讓你可以快速跳躍到某個標題。

我因為想再 Octopress 上寫文件，但苦於設定 id，所以自己動手做了一個 plugin
會依照文章的 heading 產生相對應的巢狀索引。
