Qantas Wallaby hooker Stephen Moore will join the squad in France tomorrow
night after fellow hooker Adam Freier sustained a groin injury during
yesterday's team session on arrival in Montpellier.
Freier sustained the groin injury during an indoor session of activities and
will be monitored by Wallaby medical staff over the weekend.
Wallaby Coach Eddie Jones says the injury is a disappointment for Freier.
"Adam has a slight groin strain and is in doubt for the Australia A game
against the Barbarians on Tuesday, so we've decided to fly Stephen Moore over
to join the squad," said Jones.
"Stephen will be in contention for a place in the Australia A team, while
we'll just keep an eye on Adam over the next couple of days and see how he
progresses."
Moore will depart Brisbane tonight and link up with the squad in France on
Saturday night.
