then in this case, it'll not be a good idea for coporations that don't
take research and developemtn of innocation tech that important to have a
new business there.
More over, since Helio'll be the center of R&D, it, apparently, will be
competitive and difficult for Cop. to start their new business there.

: 1.The effect of low unemployment rate may let Corporations hard to find
: employees. Than Helios may not be a good location which Corporations find.
: 2.The data of unemployment rate may be unfair.
: 3.The industrial center may not be suit for each type of Corporations.
: 4.The environment of industrial center may has been bad because of pollution.
: 5.Attracting other types of companies may weaken its industrial base.
