RESPIRATORY SYNDROME (SARS) outbreak.”就可以了。後一句建議改成”May you
please notice if any quarantine is required while reaching / arriving

當然是要簽名（不就寫了護照英文名嗎..)，不過因為是e-mail，所以應該是沒辦法
用筆簽名吧。還有，日期要寫在最上面。
