Age of Empires III - Updated Demo Coming Next Week

Age of Empires III is set in 1500 A.D. and chronicles the Age of Discovery
that started around the time that Columbus discovered the new world.
The single player campaign follows American history up through 1850,
and in multiplayer mode, you'll be able to choose from among eight different
civilizations, and there will include free-for-all and team-vs-team matches
for up to eight players.
An updated demo of Age of Empires 3 is planned for release the week of
October 10th.Updates to the demo include: an optional minimized UI,
a tutorial, and lots of miscellaneous bug fixes.

來自國外電玩網站 WorthPlaying.com 的消息，微軟（Microsoft）的即時戰略遊戲作
品《世紀帝國 3（Age of Empires 3, AoE3）》預計將在本星期推出更新過後的更新版試
玩版。
在《世紀帝國 3》試玩版中玩家於單人戰役裡可選擇美國陣營進行遊戲直到西元
1850 年為止，而多人模式更可從 8 種不同文明陣營裡擇一來進行多人對戰，其中多人
對戰模式將包括最高可支援達 8 人對戰的「FFA（Free-For-Alls，混戰）」模式以及「
TvT（Team-vs-Team matches，團隊對戰）」模式；此外更新版《世紀帝國 3》試玩版將
提供玩家一個可選用最小化（optional minimized）的遊戲使用者介面（User
Interface, UI），以及教學模式之外，也將針對先前釋出版本作一些雜項程式臭蟲的修
正；而 WorthPlaying.com 更指出這個更新版《世紀帝國 3》試玩版預計將在 10 月 10
日這一星期釋出，換算成台灣當地時間應該是從今天起就有機會看到這個新版本的《世紀
帝國 3》試玩版推出。
